    Sattar, a three-term MLA, had hand over the Congress forward of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and was once set to enroll in the BJP after a gathering with the then leader minister Devendra Fadnavis.

    Alternatively, after protests by means of BJP leaders in Marathwada, Sattar joined the Shiv Sena and was once re-elected to the state meeting in 2019.
