In this, a report will be prepared by the commissioner, collector, additional collector, sub-divisional officer and tehsildar based on the performance of the districts. This will also play an important role in the upcoming postings, which will take place on a large scale after 15 August. There are preparations for change at the field as well as ministry level.

    Revenue related matters play an important role in building the image of the government. In the first Maha Abhiyan, more than 30 lakh pending cases were resolved. Now undisputed transfer, division, demarcation, correction in maps will be done. For this, all the field officers were asked to prepare a 45-day action plan.

    Officers will visit, strict action will be taken on negligence

    Visit daily and see whether the purpose with which the campaign has been started is being fulfilled or not. Negligence at any level will not be tolerated in this. Strict action will be taken against the guilty officer, irrespective of his level. After the clear message of the Chief Minister, the Revenue Department has also issued guidelines.

    Officials of the Chief Minister’s Office say that the Revenue Maha Abhiyan is being monitored from the state level. A district-wise report will be prepared, which will certainly become the basis for the future posting of officers.

    Ministers will also take charge

    Along with the administrative staff, ministers have also been asked to monitor the campaign going on in the districts. They should conduct surprise inspections and if any shortcomings are found, they should get it rectified and also fix responsibilities. On the other hand, MLAs have also been asked at the party level to participate in the campaign. They should keep an eye on the resolution of pending cases.

    No hurry regarding transfer policy

    There is a ban on transfers in the state before the assembly elections. There was also a discussion on removing it, but the government is in no hurry to bring a transfer policy. Actually, the academic session has already begun. Most of the transfer proposals come from the teacher cadre. It does not have a separate transfer policy.

    Police transfers are done by the Establishment Board. There is no ban on it. For transfers in other cadres, the departments have to send proposals to the Chief Minister Coordination. The proposal of any department has not been stopped yet. It has been told to everyone that while making transfers, keep in mind the administrative system as well as the need.

The cause of death of three villagers residing in Para-Tola Sarenda of village Sonwahi of Bodla development block of Kabirdham district was not drinking contaminated water or diarrhea. The cause of death of three villagers is different. A rural woman died in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Smriti Chikitsalaya of Raipur. These things have been told in the investigation report submitted to the collector by the three-member investigation team formed on the instructions of Collector Janmejay Mahobe.

    Collector Janmejay Mahobe was informed about the death of three villagers in Para-Tola Sarenda of village Sonwahi of Bodla development block. The collector had visited Sarenda village along with the health department, PHE and sub-divisional officer Bodla and had necessary discussions with the affected families. The collector had formed a three-member investigation team of Executive Engineer PHE, Sub-divisional Officer Revenue Bodla, and Chief Medical and Health Officer Kawardha to investigate the real causes of death of three villagers. The investigation team has submitted its report to the collector.

    In the investigation report it was told that on receiving the information of the death of three villagers in Sarenda village, the village was visited and the relatives of the deceased and the villagers were questioned. In the inquiry it was told that the deceased Pankin Bai, wife of Nanhua Singh, was 75 years old. She was a resident of Sarenda. She was suffering from paralysis for the last few years, due to which she was unable to walk. Due to gradual increase in physical weakness, she died at home on July 14 in the afternoon. At the time of death she did not have any other disease like vomiting, diarrhea or fever.

    The age of the deceased Sombai wife of Sumer Singh Baiga was 70 years. She was suffering from paralysis for the last two years. She was having a lot of trouble eating food. She was not able to eat food for the last 20 days. According to the villagers, she died on 17th July at 3 pm. At the time of death, she did not have any other disease like vomiting, diarrhea or fever. The age of the deceased Anita Baiga daughter of Mahasingh was 29 years. She was 6 months pregnant. She was admitted to the Community Health Center Jhalmala on 14th July with the problem of vomiting, diarrhea, fever and bleeding. Due to no improvement in the condition, she was referred to the District Hospital Kawardha on the same day. Due to no improvement in her health in the district hospital, she was admitted to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Smriti Chikitsalaya Raipur. She died on 17th July during treatment. The cause of her death is not diarrhea or vomiting. The cause of his death was stated as septic shock with acute kidney injury with severe metabolic acidosis and acute gastro-enteritis with IUD.
