  • MP Politics: Mohan government on the path of Modi’s good governance, emphasis on quick solution got new responsibility

    Committees have been formed

    Highlights

Divisional incharges were appointed to tighten the administrative system and a massive campaign was launched to settle pending revenue matters. Instructions to ministers and senior officers to review each scheme and prepare proposals if there is a need to expand its scope. The state government is already running schemes with its own resources and should also get 100% benefit of central schemes.

Vaibhav Sridhar, Naiduniya, Bhopal. Be it assembly or Lok Sabha elections, the people of Madhya Pradesh have given full support to PM Narendra Modi’s good governance model. The Mohan government of the state is also on the same path. To ensure that the real people get 100% benefit of the schemes related to the common man, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has formed committees for the implementation and monitoring of many schemes.

At the same time, a mega campaign has been launched to resolve revenue related issues. Smart PDS system is being implemented with the objective of ensuring that eligible people do not remain deprived of the benefits under the National Food Security Act and to exclude ineligible people from the system.

All ministers and senior officials have been asked to review each scheme and prepare proposals if necessary. On the other hand, along with appointing divisional in-charges for administrative tightening, changes are also being made in the boundaries of police station, development block, district and division.

In the two-day CM conclave held recently, PM Narendra Modi laid maximum emphasis on 100% implementation of public welfare schemes and good governance. The Madhya Pradesh government is also on the path of PM Modi’s good governance. Be it a village or a city, revenue related cases remain pending for years. The common people keep getting troubled. This also affects the image of the government.

Revenue mega campaign has been started for the second time to deal with this problem

In the first phase, more than 30 lakh cases were resolved, the districts have been given the target to complete the remaining cases in this phase. Aadhar numbers have been taken to ensure that only the eligible people get the benefits of the public distribution system. Now the smart PDS system is being implemented.

In this, if the name of any consumer appears in two places, he will be caught. Names of such consumers who are not taking food grains for six months will be pasted outside the fair price shop and if they still do not come, then their name will be removed from the list and another will be added. A campaign was launched to ensure that private school operators do not put unnecessary burden on parents for books, uniforms etc. The extra fees taken in many districts was returned.

The boundaries of police station, block, district and divisions will change

To ensure that district level cases are not entangled in unnecessary administrative process and there is coordination between the departments, Additional Chief Secretary and Additional Director General of Police level officers have been made divisional in-charge. Instead of calling officers to Bhopal and holding meetings, the Chief Minister himself held meetings in divisional headquarters and also made public representatives a part of it so that the difficulties arising at the field level can be resolved on the spot. Along with this, the boundaries of police station, block, district and divisions are also being changed so that the general public gets convenience. It has been decided to celebrate the year 2025 as the investment year. Single window system is being made effective so that investors do not wander here and there for various permissions. The Chief Minister himself is talking to industrialists so that they do not face any problem in the state.

Get 100% benefits of central schemes

The state government is already running schemes with its own resources. To ensure that the central schemes are fully benefitted, operation, implementation and monitoring committees have been formed under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and Additional Chief Secretary.

Ministers and officials have been asked to study the budget of the state and central government themselves. Review each scheme and see if all the eligible persons are getting the benefits. If there is a need to increase their scope, then a proposal should be made and sent.
