    Naiduniya Representative, Gwalior. Shining MP Conclave is going to be organized for startups in Gwalior just before the Regional Industry Conclave. 80 startups and 50 investors of the state are participating in this two-day event to be held on 23 and 24 August at Jai Palace.

    Launched in 2023 by Priyadarshini Raje Scindia in collaboration with Fluid Ventures, this ambitious event is being organized with the aim of promoting the startup ecosystem in Madhya Pradesh by making startups and investors aware of the key issues in the sector.

    Establishing a strong relationship between the government and the startup ecosystem is also the main objective behind organizing the conclave. The second edition of the conclave will see the participation of 80 startups and 50 investors. The two-day event will include 4 keynote speeches, 6 panel discussions and 15 investment pitches by 15 startups.

    According to the organisers, Shining MP Conclave is committed to creating a platform where startups, investors, and policy makers can engage in meaningful discussions to develop better policies and strengthen the startup ecosystem in Madhya Pradesh.

    The event will focus on identifying and addressing challenges faced by startups and investors, fostering collaboration and encouraging innovation in the region. Last year’s event was a great success with participation from 40 investors and 50 startups.

    The bench of Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan directed the Director General of Police (DGP) in Madhya Pradesh to form a new Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the case and complete it within four months.

    The SIT will include the Inspector General, Senior Superintendent of Police, and Superintendent or Additional Superintendent of Police from the MP cadre who are not originally from the state. The team can also appoint junior officers to assist with the investigation.

    “Since we have not issued any notice to respondent No 6 (MLA Rajput) or other private respondents, we wish to clarify that the observations made in this order are not meant to cause any prejudice to them,” the court stated.

He revealed that the state will reserve 20 per cent of government jobs for Scheduled Castes and a 10 per cent quota will be allocated to the deprived scheduled castes.

    While addressing a press conference in Chandigarh on Saturday, Saini said, “Today, the Haryana Scheduled Caste Commission Report was accepted by the cabinet. A 20 per cent quota in government jobs will be reserved for scheduled castes, with the commission recommending that 10 per cent of this quota be allocated to the deprived scheduled castes.”

    Haryana CM further noted that the rule would be implemented after the assembly elections, in accordance with the code of conduct provided by the Election Commission of India.

    This announcement came a few days after the declaration of assembly election dates by Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar on Friday. The stage is all set for Haryana to vote in a single-phase election on October 1, while the result is scheduled for October 4.
