  • Uproar over leak of JSSC exam paper in Jharkhand

Leak Of JSSC Exam Paper:- The exam paper of Combined Graduate Level Exam (SSC-CGL) conducted by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission on Sunday, January 28 was leaked. After this, the commission has canceled the third paper i.e. General Knowledge examination. Lakhs of candidates in the state are angry over the news of paper leak. Students have demonstrated in many cities including Ranchi. Here, Bharatiya Janata Party has targeted Hemant Soren government regarding this and has demanded a CBI investigation by canceling the entire examination. Through this examination of SSC-CGL, 2025 posts are to be appointed in various departments of the state government. Six and a half lakh candidates have applied for this. Due to the huge number of candidates, the exam date was fixed on two dates: 28 January and 4 February.

On the first date i.e. 28th January, the examination for three different papers was held in three shifts at 735 centers across the state, in which about three lakh candidates had appeared. Students who appeared for the exam said that the question paper of the third paper had already gone viral on WhatsApp. The Commission canceled the examination of the third paper after prima facie confirmation of the complaints received from the candidates. However, there is an inevitable reason behind this. Here, Bharatiya Janata Party State President Babulal Marandi has targeted the Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand regarding the paper leak. He has written on Social Media

After the JSAC-CGL exam question paper was leaked yesterday, JSSC is cleverly trying to distance itself from the youth by canceling only Paper 3. The agency conducting the examination of all three shifts is the same, the officials are the same, so why was only Paper 3 cancelled? The other two papers to be added to the merit list will also have to be cancelled. There is a strong smell of conspiracy and rigging in the examination conducted yesterday. Our demand is that the entire examination of tomorrow should be postponed and there should be a CBI investigation. Strictest action should be taken against the institutions, agencies, officials and white collars involved in this corruption. (IANS)
