In the last 4 years, Rs 12 thousand crore funds were provided to the women self-help groups of the state.

The Chief Minister said that in different ways our government has made action plans for women self-help groups to stand on their own feet and make them self-reliant. Continuous efforts have been made to connect the sisters of women self-help groups in the state with maximum employment. The Chief Minister said that in the last 19 years, only Rs 600 to 700 crore funds were provided to the women of self-help groups by the previous governments. In the last 4 years, our government has provided a fund of Rs 12 thousand crore for the all-round development of women self-help groups. The Chief Minister said that only when the village becomes strong the state will become strong. The country can become strong only when the state is strong. The Chief Minister said that today many people talk about strengthening the country, but the condition of the villages is worse, how can the country be strong in such a situation. Even today, 80 crore people in this country are dependent on the food grains provided by the government. There is a need to change this situation only then the dream of developed India can be fulfilled.

Ranchi: Construction of the proposed 1.25 km long connecting flyover to connect the Sirmatoli-Mecon elevated corridor with the Kantatoli flyover will begin soon. The work of applying 25 mm mastic asphalt layer over bitumen has also been almost completed. The work of widening the minor bridge in Shantinagar, Kokar part of the flyover is also in the final stage.

Ranchi: To make the capital jam free, work of widening the roads including three flyovers and construction of new roads is going on. Now the Road Construction Department has prepared a plan to connect Harmu Bypass Road and Main Road to make them jam-free. An elevated corridor will be built over the Harmu river to connect the two major roads. An elevated corridor will be constructed from Harmu Muktidham to Hotel Radiance Blue, Kadru Mod. This elevated corridor of about 2.50 km long will also be connected to the proposed flyover in Harmu Bypass Road, so that the vehicles coming from Kanke Road can go to the main road via Kachari Road or Circular Road – the coming vehicles can directly climb the Harmu flyover and go towards the main road. “To explore the possibility of an elevated corridor, the engineers of the road division, including the executive engineer of the field survey advance plan of the road construction department, have inspected the site. After which the possibility of building an elevated corridor on double pillars in the empty area on the banks of Harmu river was expressed. Preparation to connect elevated corridor with main road flyover near Tapovan temple

The total length of Harmu River from Vidyanagar to Namkum Swarnarekha River in the city is 10.5 km. In such a situation, the possibility of connecting an elevated corridor from Harmu Muktidham to Main Road Flyover is being explored. In the first phase, work will be done from Harmu Muktidham to Kadru Mod. After this, the possibility of connecting it with the Sirmtoli Mecon elevated corridor being built above the main road ROB from Kadru Mod will be explored. It will be passed from Tapovan temple via Nivaranpur, so that all the major roads of the city will be connected to each other. This will save people’s time and the problem of traffic jam will be completely eliminated.
