On Kaneki main road, his car collided with a highway parked on the side of the road. The people in the car were taken out by passersby and sent to the district hospital for treatment.

    It is being told that former councilor Gopal Kurre, his wife, sister and niece were on board. Driver Jeevan Das had a narrow escape when the airbag opened when the car collided with the trailer, while Gopal Kurre suffered serious head injuries. Seven people including his wife, sister and niece were injured. The vehicle was badly damaged in the accident.

During investigation, it was found that Sudhir and Suraj of UP supply weapons from Uttar Pradesh to Bastar region of Chhattisgarh. NIA has arrested both the accused. The NIA said the pair was in regular contact with Naxalites and were conspiring to support the banned terrorist group.

  • Pickup accident update: Dead bodies of 2 missing children found in the canal, mourning spread in the family

Today, after two days, the bodies of two other missing children have been found.

    According to the information received, the two children missing in the pickup accident, whose bodies were found today, have been identified as Rishabh Mahant (6 years) and Bhuru Mahant (8 years). The body of one child was found stuck in the village Belchua canal gate, while the body of another child was washed away in the pond of village Ragja. The bodies of both the children have been recovered and sent to the hospital for post-mortem.

Father Ashok Jaiswal, who was deeply saddened by the loss of his son, also became a victim of a road accident. The seriously injured father is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
