Mumbai, July 28 – After a strong surge the previous session, India’s equity market eased back into the red on Tuesday. The benchmark Sensex slipped 69.86 points, or 0.09%, to finish at 76,765.92, while the Nifty 50 fell 10.60 points, or 0.04%, closing at 23,985.35. The decline came amid mixed signals from global markets and heightened uncertainty over geopolitical developments in the Middle East.
