The electric vehicle market is witnessing rapid growth, and VinFast is entering the scene with its latest offerings. The company plans to launch its premium SUV models, the compact VF 6 and the mid-size VF 7, in the Indian market. VinFast is targeting a wide geographical reach, aiming to establish a significant presence across the country. The company already has showrooms in various states, and its expansion plan includes 35 dealerships in 27 cities by the end of 2025. These showrooms will provide comprehensive information on the vehicles, including interior details, features, and pricing, through digital displays. The booking process is open, with an initial booking amount set at ₹21,000. Online booking allows for customization of the SUV, including selecting specific variants and colors. Early buyers will benefit from priority delivery and attractive introductory prices. The VF 6, a compact SUV, has a price range of ₹16.49 lakh to ₹18.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The VF 7, a mid-size SUV, is priced between ₹20.89 lakh and ₹25.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Both vehicles are designed to impress with their stylish aesthetics and offer value in their respective segments. The VF 6 and VF 7 boast modern, futuristic designs and offer premium, minimalist interiors. The VF 7 will also be available in an all-wheel-drive configuration. Every dealership will feature fast-charging stations, and each customer will receive a complimentary home charger. These vehicles are designed to compete with Hyundai and Kia’s electric car offerings in the Indian market.
