TVS is focusing on the commuter segment with the Raider 125, now offering special editions to build on the success of the N Torq and earlier Raider models. The strategy is aimed at attracting Gen Z users by offering a motorcycle that combines style, performance, and technological features, which provides it an edge in the 125cc segment.
The new Raider Super Squad editions introduce dynamic decals and graphics inspired by prominent Marvel characters, succeeding the Iron Man and Black Panther-themed Raider editions from 2023. This makes the Raider the first motorcycle in India to feature Marvel-themed versions. These designs are designed for young riders who want their motorcycles to reflect their individual styles and attitudes.
The motorcycle retains its 124.88cc, 3-valve engine, which delivers best-in-class torque of 11.75 Nm at 6000 RPM. This configuration ensures a balance between performance and fuel efficiency. The bike features iGO assist with Boost mode for added acceleration and GTT Glide Through Technology to improve low-speed rideability and fuel economy.
The Raider SSE includes a fully connected reverse LCD cluster, offering riders more than 85 features. The LCD provides ride analytics, navigation assistance, and call/SMS alerts to keep tech-savvy riders engaged.
