Tata Motors, a prominent player in the Indian automotive industry, is set to launch seven new SUVs, signaling an aggressive push in the market. The company shared its future plans at an investor meet, detailing its roadmap for the coming years. This strategic move involves the introduction of seven new vehicles by 2030, including three ICE models and four electric vehicles.

One of the key highlights is the Tata Sierra, which has been showcased in concept and near-production forms. The electric version of the Sierra is expected to be launched first, followed by the ICE variant in early 2026. This model is designed to compete with popular SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Grand Vitara. The Sierra EV is expected to have similar battery and range capabilities as the Harrier EV. Furthermore, the ICE version is set to feature new 1.5L naturally aspirated and turbocharged petrol engines, in addition to a 2.0L diesel engine.
