Details have surfaced regarding the Renault Duster, revealing a planned launch for the Hybrid variant in early 2026. The Bigster, a larger, seven-seater version, is expected to follow shortly after. Production will take place at the Renault Nissan facility in Chennai. The Duster will initially be offered with petrol engines, including turbo-petrol options. Hybrid models are anticipated within a year of the initial release. The global version features a hybrid system with a 1.6-liter petrol engine and two electric motors, delivering 140Hp. The CMF-B platform is designed for versatility, supporting internal combustion, hybrid, and electric powertrains. Renault is also exploring CNG options, aligning with India’s diverse fuel demands.
