NEW DELHI: The Congress on Sunday brushed aside as “bogus” a information record claiming that Rahul Gandhi known as up AIADMK chief E Palaniswamy in the hunt for beef up for the blended Opposition Presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha.
In a remark, AICC common secretary Communications Jairam Ramesh stated the inside track record is “bogus and false” and is a “mischievous effort to sow confusion”.
“That is wholly bogus and utterly false. No such telephone name used to be made. The DMK-Congress alliance is company and steadfast sufficient to resist such crude and mischievous efforts to sow confusion and weaken it,” Ramesh stated in a remark. The Congress and DMK are supporting their joint candidate Sinha for the July 18 presidential election.
