Within the present Kharif season, qualified seeds are being equipped to the farmers of the state via cooperative societies, govt farms and registered seed dealers. Thus far, 2 lakh 62 thousand 216 quintal seeds of quite a lot of Kharif vegetation were dispensed to the farmers, which is 26 % of the seed distribution goal.
The objective is to distribute 10 lakh 4 thousand 950 quintal seeds within the present Kharif season within the state. 6 lakh 68 thousand 202 quintal seeds are to be had within the state, in opposition to which up to now 5 lakh 68 thousand 549 quintal seeds were saved, through which farmers were given 5 lakh 58 thousand quintal paddy seed, 790 quintal maize, 2249 quintal tur, 2376 quintal soybean and 5089 quintal seeds of different Kharif vegetation are integrated. Thus far, 2 lakh 58 thousand 880 quintals of paddy, 107 quintals of maize, 447 quintals of Arhar, 1663 quintals of soybean and 1119 quintals of seeds of different Kharif vegetation were dispensed to the farmers.
