Gunmen attacked a Catholic church in southwestern Nigeria’s Ondo state throughout mass on Sunday, killing a number of folks, native media reported.
A physician at a health facility in Owo, a the town within the state in Nigeria’s southwest, advised Reuters that “a number of worshippers have been introduced in useless”.
Funmilayo Ibukun Odunlami, police spokesperson for Ondo state, mentioned “there was once an incident nowadays on the Saint Francis Catholic Church in Owo” and police would factor a remark quickly.
