AGRA: A 12-year-old woman has accused a maulana of many times raping her inside of a madarsa the place she was once taught via him, police on Thursday mentioned.

“A woman from a madarsa in Agra had visited my place of work in conjunction with her mom and had complained towards a maulana narrating the entire incident.
The woman mentioned that the maulana raped different ladies too who have been residing there,” Sudhir Kumar Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Agra, advised media.
“There are 20-25 ladies dwelling within the madarsa. A case has been registered towards the maulana as consistent with the grievance of the lady and additional investigation is on. Motion can be taken accordingly,” Singh mentioned.
The FIR was once filed at Malpura Police Station on Might 31 via the lady’s mom who had complained that the maulana raped her daughter on Might 20.
