Meerut: The court docket rejected the bail utility of the fraudster, who made the High Minister as an ex-officio member through forming a pretend All India Anti-Corruption Committee in Muzaffarnagar. In reality, the FIR was once written towards the accused at the directions of the PMO.
As a resident of Muzaffarnagar, Ishwar Chand Sharma had shaped the All India Anti-Corruption Committee. The High Minister was once proven as its ex-officio member. After taking cognizance of the High Minister’s Administrative center after the criticism, in 2019, in Muzaffarnagar police station civil line, the then station in-charge Samaypal Atri had written an FIR together with fraud.
Accused Ishwar Chand Sharma had known as the Uttarakhand Police on December 2021 in Saloni Pir Majra village of Saharanpur district, describing himself as a Justice of the Peace, and then the accused took the SI and constable of Uttarakhand Police hostage. The Uttarakhand Police was once freed through the Deoband police station of Saharanpur district. Inspector Prabhakar Kantura, the then in-charge of Deoband Kotwali, had arrested the accused through registering a case towards him underneath severe sections. Since then he’s lodged in Deoband Prison.
The Muzaffarnagar Crime Department had investigated the case registered at the directions of the PMO on the Police Station Civil Line. The discriminant had despatched the FR to the court docket mentioning loss of proof. Ishwar Chand Sharma’s attorney Ishwar Chand Tyagi stated that we had filed a bail utility. ADJ-11 Shakir Hasan rejected the bail utility after listening to it.
