NEW DELHI: Aviation regulator DGCA Monday mentioned it has issued a showcause understand to IndiGo after a fact-finding committee discovered the airline team of workers prima facie violated rules in denying boarding to a specially-abled kid on the Ranchi airport on Might 7.
