Nagaland deputy CM Y Patton loses Roads and Bridges division as H Chuba Chang turns into minister

KOHIMA: Nagaland Leader Minister Neiphiu Rio on Saturday took away the Roads and Bridges Division from Deputy CM Yanthungo Patton and reassigned it to NDPP MLA H Chuba Chang. Rio and Chang had been ministers within the then SC Jamir-led Congress executive from 1998 to 2003.

Chang were given elected uncontested within the by-election to the Noksen meeting seat in Tuensang district in April ultimate 12 months. Rio had appointed Chang as Consultant for Regulation and Justice, and State Council of Training Analysis and Coaching (SCERT) on February 9.
