BUDAUN: Police right here on Wednesday booked a person for allegedly making indecent remarks towards Uttar Pradesh Leader Minister Yogi Adityanath. A police workforce has been shaped to arrest the accused.
The FIR was once lodged on the Wazirganj police station of the district. SSP O P Singh advised PTI {that a} video surfaced on social media, by which the person, recognized as Mahendra, is noticed making indecent remarks towards the CM.
A criticism on this regard was once lodged via a BJP officer-bearer, Anuj Saxena. According to the criticism, an FIR has been lodged below Sections 504 (Intentional insult) and 506 (prison intimidation) of the IPC and related sections of the IT (Data Era) Act.
Budaun BJP leader Rajeev Kumar Gupta stated, “The indecent feedback towards the executive minister replicate the deficient mindset of other folks. The management will have to take motion towards them.”
