New Delhi buzzed with the vibrant spirit of Holi on March 4 as celebrations swept across the nation. Amid the colorful festivities, Aam Aadmi Party senior leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia turned his residence into a hub of joy, hosting party workers for a spirited Holi bash.

From early morning, workers flocked to Sisodia’s home, filling the air with laughter and anticipation. The beats of dhol drums set the perfect rhythm, prompting everyone to dance with unrestrained enthusiasm. Gulal flew through the air, colors smeared on faces, and traditional songs echoed, creating an electrifying festive atmosphere.

Sisodia, at the center of it all, declared this year’s Holi as the ‘radically honest Holi.’ He highlighted how relentless attempts to tarnish the AAP and its leaders had failed spectacularly. ‘Not a single allegation has stuck to us, even in the darkest corners,’ he asserted, invoking the metaphor of kajal’s soot not staining AAP’s pristine image.

The leader revealed that party chief Arvind Kejriwal and other top figures had collectively decided to dedicate this Holi to integrity. As senior leaders joined in, they aimed to spread the ‘color of honesty’ alongside the traditional gulal. Hugs, embraces, and heartfelt greetings exchanged hands, symbolizing unity and resilience.

Taking a sharp dig at the Bharatiya Janata Party, Sisodia accused them of twisting every narrative for political gain. He specifically criticized BJP’s portrayal of Holi as inseparable from alcohol, calling it a distortion of the festival’s sacred essence. ‘Holi is about brotherhood, forgiveness, and pure joy—not liquor,’ he emphasized, urging a return to its timeless traditions of reconciliation and happiness.

The event underscored AAP’s unyielding commitment to clean politics, blending festivity with a powerful message of transparency. As colors faded, the echo of honesty lingered, promising a brighter, more accountable future.
