In the latest episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated India’s groundbreaking achievements showcased at the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi. He described the event as a pivotal moment in harnessing artificial intelligence for global progress.
The 131st edition of the popular radio program served as a platform to highlight national successes. PM Modi pointed to the summit, where leaders from various countries, industry titans, innovators, and startup enthusiasts gathered at Bharat Mandapam. ‘This summit marked a turning point in how the world will utilize AI’s power moving forward,’ he emphasized.
Sharing personal insights, the Prime Minister recounted his interactions with global leaders and tech CEOs at the exhibition. Two standout products particularly impressed international delegates. At Amul’s booth, visitors witnessed how AI is revolutionizing animal healthcare and helping dairy farmers manage records through intelligent assistants.
The second highlight delved into India’s cultural heritage. Leaders were awestruck by demonstrations of AI preserving ancient manuscripts and adapting timeless knowledge from scriptures like the Sushruta Samhita for modern generations. The process involved enhancing image quality of fragile texts, converting them into machine-readable formats, and making ancient wisdom accessible today.
PM Modi underscored that the summit revealed India’s extraordinary capabilities in AI to the world. India launched three ‘Made in India’ AI models, cementing its position as a leader. The event drew tremendous enthusiasm from the youth, making it the largest AI summit to date. As India strides ahead in technology, such initiatives promise a brighter, innovation-driven future.
