Patna erupted in political fury on Saturday as NDA activists took to the streets, slamming Congress for the disruptive antics at the AI Summit in Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam. Youth Congress members had stripped off their T-shirts in a bid to grab headlines, an act that has ignited widespread outrage across Bihar.

Thousands of BJP workers gathered at the party headquarters before marching to the Income Tax Golamber, brandishing placards denouncing Rahul Gandhi and his party. Chants echoed through the city as demonstrators vented their anger over what they called a blatant assault on India’s global image.

Leading the charge was Kumhrar MLA Sanjay Gupta, who didn’t mince words. ‘This shameful behavior at a prestigious venue hosting global experts is not just unbecoming—it’s downright anti-national,’ he thundered. Gupta highlighted how the summit showcased India’s technological prowess, only for Congress to tarnish it with petty politics.

Bihar Minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha chief Santosh Suman joined the chorus, labeling the episode a direct attack on the nation’s pride. ‘While India is positioning itself as a global leader in AI, Congress stooped to cheap tactics that shame us on the world stage,’ he said. Suman demanded the immediate cancellation of Congress’s political recognition and even treason charges against the party.

The protest comes amid heightened tensions, with NDA accusing Congress of repeatedly undermining India’s international standing. As the crowd dispersed, the message was clear: Bihar won’t tolerate what they see as treasonous conduct. Political observers predict this could escalate into a larger showdown ahead of upcoming elections, with NDA vowing to hold Congress accountable at every turn.

This incident underscores the deep political divides in India, where global events become battlegrounds for domestic rivalries. With AI emerging as a cornerstone of national strategy, such disruptions raise questions about political maturity in a tech-driven future.
