Division of Water Assets, Chhattisgarh has given administrative approval of Rs. 2 crore 5 lakh 87 thousand to Leader Engineer Mahanadi Godavari Cachar Raipur for renovation of Sirwabandh reservoir and re-modeling and lining of canals beneath Bemetara district. With the recovery of this reservoir and the liner of canals, it’s going to have the ability to meet the shortfall of 144 hectares in its designed irrigation capability, in addition to water provide for irrigation in a complete house of 194 hectares.
