Ranchi is gearing up for the board examinations with stringent traffic measures in place to ensure students reach their centers without a hitch. The traffic police have announced special guidelines, deploying officers at key intersections an hour earlier than usual—from 8 AM instead of 9 AM.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rakesh Ranjan has issued directives to maintain smooth traffic flow across the city during the exam period. Following his orders, Traffic SP Rakesh Singh conducted thorough inspections of examination centers, reviewing security protocols and parking arrangements.

During these visits, Traffic SP emphasized the need for ample police presence around exam venues and nearby parking areas. ‘Our top priority is to regulate traffic effectively so that students arrive on time and safely,’ he stated.

The administration is also urging parents to cooperate by dropping off children punctually and parking vehicles only in designated zones. This collaborative effort aims to prevent congestion and keep roadways clear.

With thousands of students set to appear for the boards, these proactive steps underscore Ranchi’s commitment to a disruption-free examination season. Authorities expect full compliance to make the process seamless for everyone involved.
