New Delhi is set to witness a groundbreaking moment in artificial intelligence as Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates the India AI Impact Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam today. Running from February 16 to 20, this massive event spans over 70,000 square meters and features 10 distinct arenas showcasing the latest in AI innovation.
Global technology giants, startups, academic institutions, research centers, central and state government ministries, and international partners are converging for this landmark expo. Special pavilions from 13 countries—including Australia, Japan, Russia, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and African nations—highlight international collaboration in AI.
Over 300 curated exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations, organized under three core themes—People, Planet, and Progress—will captivate attendees. More than 600 emerging startups will demonstrate scalable, real-world AI solutions and working models, underscoring India’s growing prowess in the field.
Expect around 250,000 visitors, including foreign delegates, over the five days. The expo aims to forge new global partnerships and business opportunities in AI. With over 500 sessions featuring 3,250 visionary speakers and panelists, discussions will explore AI’s transformative impact across sectors and strategies to make its benefits accessible to every individual.
