Mumbai, February 14: In a heartwarming Valentine’s Day surprise, producer Ekta Kapoor has unveiled her latest cinematic venture, ‘Heer Raanjha’. The announcement came with a tantalizing first look shared on social media, stirring excitement among fans of romantic epics.
Directed by Sajid Ali, the younger brother of acclaimed filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, ‘Heer Raanjha’ is being positioned as a spiritual sequel to the 2018 cult favorite ‘Laila Majnu’. Balaji Motion Pictures, in collaboration with P Films, will produce the movie, with Imtiaz Ali serving as presenter. Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Preeti Ali are spearheading the production.
