Jamshedpur, February 13 – After nearly a year away, Jamshedpur FC is making a triumphant return to the Indian Super League (ISL) with a robust 28-member squad announced for the 2025-26 season. Under the guidance of shield-winning coach Owen Coyle, the team is set to host nine crucial home matches at the JRD Tata Sports Complex.

The Men of Steel kick off their campaign on February 15 against Mohun Bagan Super Giant at the JRD Stadium, promising an electrifying start. This squad strikes a perfect balance, blending six international stars with a talented Indian core. The mix of seasoned veterans and promising youngsters infuses the team with expertise and youthful vigor.

The midfield stands out as a powerhouse, featuring foreign aces Nikola Stojanovic and Madih Talal alongside Indian talent Pranay Halder. Rei Tachikawa adds further solidity to the Indian midfielders. Defensively, familiar faces like Pratik Chaudhary, Stephen Eze, and Lazar Sirkovik provide a rock-solid backline.

Up front, the attack is loaded with threats including Messi Bouli, Sanan, and Ritvik. Coach Coyle, back at the helm, has praised the squad’s dedication since his return. ‘We’re thrilled with the hard work the squad has put in since we arrived,’ he said. ‘We inherited a team shaped before the Super Cup, but the players have shown great attitude, commitment, and intensity in training. Now, it’s time to translate that onto the pitch, starting with our ISL opener on Sunday.’
