Lucknow witnessed a pivotal moment for the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Saturday as national president Mayawati addressed a crucial meeting at the party’s state headquarters. The session focused on evaluating grassroots organizational readiness and charting strategies for upcoming electoral battles.
State BSP president Vishwanath Pal, speaking exclusively after the meeting, emphasized Mayawati’s call to strengthen the party’s structure from the ground up. ‘All office-bearers, big and small, have been tasked with building a robust organization,’ he said. Party workers pledged unwavering commitment to her instructions, aiming to fortify BSP’s presence across Uttar Pradesh.
A senior leader revealed that Mayawati assigned critical responsibilities, including expanding the support base and improving financial health. ‘We will execute these duties with complete honesty to make BSP unshakeable at the grassroots level,’ the leader affirmed.
Assembly in-charge Ram Kishor Rajbhar highlighted Mayawati’s inclusive vision, uniting all societal sections. With 2027 assembly polls in sight, directives were clear: form booth committees diligently. ‘Mayawati stressed BSP as the only party championing education, employment, and all communities,’ Rajbhar noted, expressing optimism for job opportunities and respect for all under a BSP government.
This renewed vigor signals BSP’s aggressive push to reclaim power, leveraging Mayawati’s enduring appeal among marginalized groups. As preparations intensify, the party eyes a strong comeback in UP’s cutthroat politics.
