Mumbai is buzzing with excitement as Colors TV gears up to launch its ambitious new reality show ‘The 50’ on February 1. This high-stakes extravaganza will bring together 50 celebrities from television and social media under one grand palace roof, promising drama, challenges, and unprecedented entertainment.
Among the star-studded lineup is Bebika Dhurve, a familiar face from Bigg Boss, who is set to compete alongside fellow contestant Khanjadi. In an exclusive chat with the media, Bebika shared her thrill about participating in what she calls one of television’s grandest reality spectacles.
‘I am super excited to be part of ‘The 50′,’ Bebika enthused. ‘With 50 people living together in a palace, each with their own opinions, minds, and lifestyles, it’s going to be absolute chaos – the kind viewers have never seen before. The show spans 50 episodes, but we’re shooting three at a time, keeping the energy sky-high.’
When asked about her preparations, Bebika revealed her laid-back approach. ‘I never prepare for these shows. I know there will be physical tasks testing our strength, but I’m going in as I am. With a clear mind, I’m ready to take on whatever comes my way and understand the dynamics inside.’
Comparing it to Bigg Boss, Bebika didn’t hold back. ‘This is going to be way more fun and challenging than Bigg Boss. There, you have just 15 people, but here it’s 50 – men and women alike, all facing intense physical tasks. Managing mental strength amid so many unpredictable minds will make it tougher than ever.’
Addressing potential trolling over her weight, Bebika opened up candidly. ‘I know some will target my weight again, but they don’t know my story. I had a leg fracture and was bedridden for four months, which affected everything. I’m stronger now and focused on the game.’
As ‘The 50’ approaches, fans are eager to see if Bebika can conquer this massive battleground of egos and endurance. Stay tuned for what promises to be reality TV redefined.
