New Delhi is buzzing with innovation as IIT Delhi kicks off BE Con 26, India’s largest student-led entrepreneurship summit. Starting January 30 and running through February 1, this mega event is drawing over 25,000 tech enthusiasts, startup founders, investors, and industry leaders to the campus.
Under the theme ‘Engineering the Mind of Machines: Crafted in India for the World,’ BE Con 26 spotlights artificial intelligence, robotics, deep-tech, and cutting-edge technologies. Organized entirely by students through IIT Delhi’s Entrepreneurship Development Cell, the summit has already built momentum with regional rounds in Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Guwahati, and Jaipur.
Expect a powerhouse lineup of speakers including Sanjeev Bikhchandani of Info Edge, Pratham Mittal, Ashneer Grover, Raghav Chandra, Vaibhav Tiwari, Nitin Jain, Shailja Nag, Nitin Tyagi, and Tanmay Bhat. These trailblazers will share insights on launching startups, scaling businesses, and driving innovation in a competitive landscape.
The agenda is packed with high-impact activities: startup pitch platforms, funding sessions, an incubators summit, networking meets, and a national-level hackathon in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs. Visitors can explore a startup expo, auto and tech expo, workshops, policy discussions, and a creators conclave.
Over 5,000 institutes, incubators, and accelerators are set to participate, fostering connections across India’s vibrant startup ecosystem. Experts hail BE Con 26 as a game-changer, offering young innovators the roadmap to global success straight from one of India’s premier institutions.
