Ranchi, Jharkhand – As India observed the second International Meditation Day on December 21st, a significant yoga book, ‘Yoga Ek Drishti Mein’, saw its revised edition launched by Union Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth. The book, a collaborative effort by Dr. Parineeta Singh and Dr. Archana Kumari, was released at Mr. Seth’s office. This release marks a milestone for the authors, as it is their fourth book dedicated to the practice and philosophy of yoga, building upon their previous works like ‘Yoga Ek Drishti Mein’, ‘Abhyasam’, and ‘Paramparik Yoga’. Dr. Parineeta Singh conveyed that the intention behind this book is to showcase their commitment to Indian traditions and values. The book is intended for universal appeal, offering valuable insights to people of all ages. Dr. Archana Kumari added that ‘Yoga Ek Drishti Mein’ aims to demystify yogic knowledge by presenting it theoretically in an easy-to-understand format, ensuring its accessibility to everyone.
