With the state-level event on November 28th fast approaching, Jharkhand Home Secretary Vandana Dadel conducted a detailed inspection of the Morabadi Maidan venue to ensure all preparations are on track. The Secretary meticulously assessed various facets of the event’s organization, from attendee comfort to security. Specific attention was paid to seating, stage operations, overall security management, traffic control, VIP accessibility, emergency response readiness, physical barriers, parking logistics, entry and exit routes, and sound amplification. Secretary Dadel issued clear instructions for all departments to work collaboratively, ensuring no candidate or guest faces any difficulties during the program. This proactive inspection involved key officials such as the Education Secretary, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner, and multiple police and administrative officers, who briefed the Home Secretary on the progress and their preparedness.
