    In an effort to bolster ethical practices, Central Coalfields Limited’s (CCL) Rajrappa area organized a workshop centered on the theme “Vigilance – Our Shared Responsibility.” This key event is a component of the annual Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025.

    Pankaj Kumar, the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) for CCL, was present as the distinguished chief guest. He delivered an address emphasizing that integrity and transparency are paramount in public service. Kumar stressed that vigilance is not confined to specific roles but is a universal responsibility for all individuals within the company.

    During the proceedings, the CVO engaged in constructive dialogue with numerous officers from different departments. He offered insightful guidance and actionable suggestions pertaining to the company’s established policies and operational procedures. The workshop was instrumental in promoting a culture of honesty, accountability, and openness among the participants.
