Gaurav mandated that all shopkeepers must maintain two dustbins, with penalties for non-compliance. The administrator also directed strict action against individuals dumping garbage or construction debris in public spaces and warned of rigorous measures against those polluting ponds. The campaign to beautify Ranchi is set to intensify, especially ahead of the Chhath festival.
