    Godda district has clinched the championship trophy at the 4th Jharkhand State Taekwondo Championship, marking a significant victory for the region. The statewide competition, held over three days at the Urjanagar Staff Club, saw Godda’s athletes deliver a stellar performance, securing an impressive collection of 16 gold, 19 silver, and 8 bronze medals. This remarkable achievement placed them at the pinnacle of the state rankings.

    Deoghar district secured the second position in the overall standings, earning 8 gold, 7 silver, and 12 bronze medals. Districts including Hazaribagh, Dhanbad, East Singhbhum, Chatra, Ranchi, and Bokaro also contributed to the vibrant competition with their medal wins across different categories.

    Nearly 250 participants from various districts battled it out in this intense martial arts showdown. The championship not only highlighted the exceptional talent within Jharkhand but also fostered a strong sense of sportsmanship and competition. Awards were presented to deserving athletes during the concluding ceremony, recognizing their dedication and skill.
