The Handwara police intensified their efforts to combat terrorism in Kashmir by seizing the property of a terrorist operative. The operation targeted a property in the Palpora village of Kralgund. The investigation, stemming from a case registered at the Kralgund Police Station, identified Nazir Ahmad Gani, a JKNOP member, who is currently operating from POK and directing terrorist activities. He was found to be actively involved in coordinating terrorist activities in Handwara. As a result, steps were taken to confiscate Nazir’s property. The land belonging to Nazir Ahmad Gani in Palpora village was seized in the presence of police and revenue officers. This action underscores the Handwara police’s commitment to dealing firmly with those supporting terrorist and anti-national activities. The goal is to dismantle the support network for terrorist groups, deter others from illegal activities, and foster peace and order in the area.
