Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the RSS centenary celebrations, where he released a special commemorative coin and postal stamp. The event took place at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in Delhi and was also attended by Dattatreya Hosabale, the Sarkaryavah of the RSS. The Ministry of Culture organized the event, which was attended by central ministers, senior RSS members, and prominent members of society. Addressing the gathering, PM Modi highlighted the features of the coin and stamp, mentioning that the 100-rupee coin depicts the national emblem and an image of Bharat Mata alongside RSS volunteers. He noted the unprecedented nature of this imagery on Indian currency.
