    A gruesome murder has shaken the Mopka Chowki area, part of Sarkanda police station in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Dinesh Kumar Suryavanshi, 35, from Bhatapara Mopka, was found dead with his throat slashed.

    The incident took place near a Durga Puja pandal. The victim was attacked by 25-year-old Kamlesh Suryavanshi, a local resident with mental health issues. Dinesh was immediately taken to SIMS Hospital, but medical professionals confirmed his death.

    The suspect attempted to escape after the attack, however, the Sarkanda police quickly located and arrested Kamlesh Suryavanshi in the Mopka area.
