In a display of exceptional integrity, Dilip Yadav, the in-charge of Bermamines Police Station, returned a lost bag filled with jewelry and diamonds worth 15 lakh rupees to its owner on Monday. His actions have strengthened the reputation of the police force. Despite the significant value of the items, he remained steadfast and returned the bag to its rightful owner without any personal gain. His honest deed has earned him widespread recognition. The affected family was immensely relieved to have their lost bag returned.
According to information, Gurucharan Gorai of Birsanagar was traveling home by tempo on September 26 when he accidentally lost his bag near the Tube Company gate. Upon realizing his loss, he filed a complaint at the Bermamines Police Station. Acting on the complaint, Police In-charge Dilip Yadav launched an immediate investigation and, after diligent efforts, recovered the bag.
The recovered bag included valuable items such as an HP laptop, a Nikon camera, a gold necklace, two diamond rings, five gold rings, gold earrings, ear studs, diamond ear rings and a gold locket, in addition to other expensive jewelry. Gurucharan Gorai expressed his gratitude to Police In-charge Dilip Yadav for safely returning the recovered items.
