Katari, from Kulgam, Kashmir, is accused of providing crucial logistical support to the terrorists. This support is believed to have played a significant role in the attack on April 22, 2025, which resulted in the deaths of numerous tourists in the Bairson Valley. Yusuf is alleged to have provided assistance with routes, shelter, and weapons. He has been placed in a 14-day police custody.
