Raghav Juyal’s performance in Aryan Khan’s ‘The Ba***ds Of Bollywood’ has garnered significant praise from audiences. His excellent comedic timing, especially in a scene alongside Emraan Hashmi, has been particularly well-received. In the show, Juyal’s character is portrayed as an enthusiastic fan of Hashmi’s, and a viral clip shows him singing the actor’s iconic song ‘Kaho Na Kaho’. The humor of this scene is enhanced by Juyal’s rendition of the Arabic lyrics of the song.
Juyal, in an interview, discussed how the scene with Emraan Hashmi came to fruition, and also shared that he and Aryan Khan anticipated the positive response.
He stated, “I’ve received a very good response. Aryan and I both expected this. I really worked hard on myself and created something new. I enjoyed it a lot. When Emraan sir came and that scene happened, I actually started crying in the scene! And while doing it, the scene just shaped up like that — I did it straight from the heart. If I had tried to do comedy, it would have felt awkward, but I genuinely shed tears and sang that song. I specifically sang the Arabic version because I thought it would come across as funny.”
Speaking about his dynamic with Aryan, he added, “Aryan and I both have a bit of a mischievous mind. If our minds came together, something entirely different would happen on screen. So we have a great camaraderie. Whenever Aryan and I met on set, everyone around knew that something was about to happen. My combination with Aryan is really lethal.”
