    The shooting locations for ‘Gully Boy’ included Mumbai local trains and several railway stations in addition to Dharavi. The film was the eighth highest-grossing film of that year. Furthermore, the picture won 13 Filmfare Awards, the most awards won by a film in a single year. Alia Bhatt received the Best Actress award, and Ranveer Singh won the Best Actor award for their performances. The film grossed 235 crore worldwide, with 164.70 crore from India and 71 crore from overseas collections.
