Police in Jharkhand have arrested a 24-year-old woman in connection with the death of her boyfriend. The victim, Mohammed Muntazir, 34, was killed in Chatra district after a fight about marriage. He had gone to meet Shabbu Parveen in Lamta village. Lawalong police initiated an investigation and filed an FIR based on the victim’s pre-death statement. The accused was brought before the court and remanded to judicial custody on Friday, as confirmed by Lawalong police station in-charge Prashant Mishra.
