Umar Ansari Granted Bail After Arrest in Forgery Case

The Allahabad High Court has approved the bail of Umar Ansari, the son of Mukhtar Ansari. The arrest stemmed from allegations of forging his mother, Afshan Ansari’s, signatures. The case relates to documents submitted to reclaim property seized under the Gangster Act. Ansari was taken into custody after an FIR was lodged at the Muhammadabad police station in Ghazipur.
