In his post, Trump thanked Modi for his support concerning the Russia-Ukraine war. Additionally, both nations have indicated their intention to advance a long-delayed trade agreement. Trump expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing talks to resolve trade issues, describing PM Modi as a “very good friend,” and looked forward to a successful outcome. Modi responded by highlighting the close friendship and partnership between India and the US, expressing confidence that trade negotiations would unlock the full potential of the India-US partnership.
