The Indian smartphone market continues to evolve with regular updates and new color variants. Vivo is preparing to launch a new color for its powerful Vivo T4x 5G smartphone. The phone is already available in Marine Blue and Pronto Purple. A third color option will be introduced on September 18. Media reports and a Flipkart teaser suggest that the new color is likely to be popular among users. The exact name and shade will be disclosed at the time of the launch.
The Vivo T4x 5G was initially launched in March 2025 with three different variants. The base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs 13,999. The 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 14,999 and the top model with 8GB + 256GB storage is available at Rs 16,999. Vivo has confirmed that there will be no price changes with the launch of the new color variant.
The phone features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and supports 1050 nits of peak brightness. The display has TUV Rheinland eye protection certification, designed to reduce eye strain during extended use. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset.
The camera setup includes a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. An 8MP front-facing camera is provided for selfies and video calls. The camera unit is also equipped with an LED flash and dynamic lighting features. The device is powered by a 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.
Other notable features of the phone include dual stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
