Tragedy struck Dhanbad as a dilapidated house collapsed, leading to the loss of three lives. The victims included two young children. The incident occurred in the Lodna OP region, specifically at the Lodna 4 Bye Quarter. The building was a derelict housing unit belonging to BCCL (Khilan Dhaura), which had been left vacant. As people, including children, sought refuge from the rain inside the old structure, the roof suddenly gave way. The collapse resulted in three fatalities, including two children, and injured three others.
