In a move to support farmers, the Indian government has sanctioned an additional 60,000 tonnes of urea for Chhattisgarh. The announcement comes following the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. The urea supply is scheduled to be completed by the end of September. The distribution plan includes 20,000 tonnes in the first week of the month, 35,000 tonnes in the second week and the remaining 5,000 tonnes by the end of the month.
