Rahul Gandhi, speaking at the concluding rally of the Voter Rights Yatra in Patna, made serious allegations of vote theft against the BJP. Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav concluded the yatra, which focused on addressing voter rights issues. Gandhi claimed that an ‘atom bomb’ was dropped in Mahadevpura, and now a ‘hydrogen bomb’ is on its way, suggesting that the truth about alleged vote theft would soon be revealed. This, he implied, would lead to Prime Minister Modi’s inability to face the nation. The yatra, which began on August 17th in Sasaram, covered 1300 kilometers across 25 districts of Bihar, highlighting issues related to voter list revisions and vote irregularities. During his speech, Gandhi stated that the theft of votes is a theft of rights, reservations, and democracy. He also accused the BJP of working with the Election Commission to steal votes. He asserted that those who assassinated Mahatma Gandhi are the same forces trying to destroy the Constitution.
